Arch Envy is Montgomery County's leading Permanent Make-up Studio & Academy having transformed over 400 pairs of brows & trained over 50 students since opening in January of 2018.

Ronli Bechutsky founded Arch Envy with the mission to give people their confidence back.

​

In October 2018, Ronli expanded Arch Envy Studios to include microblading and ombré training. Recognizing the growing demand for high-quality services and training in the DMV area, Arch Envy opened a 1,700 sqft Permanent Makeup Studio & Academy in Potomac, MD in May 2019. ​​

Since beginning her career in 2018, Ronli has continued her education by completing over 5 courses specializing in eyebrows, lips, and eyeliner micro-pigmentation. Arch Envy has transitioned from traditional manual techniques to strictly specializing in & teaching machine PMU techniques which offers more comfortable process, and longer-lasting results.

Located in the heart of downtown Bethesda at 4720 Montgomery Ln, Suite 500, Arch Envy Studios proudly serves clients throughout Montgomery County including North Bethesda, Chevy Chase, Friendship Heights, Georgetown and Washington, DC. Our studio is steps away from Bethesda Row, the Red Line Metro, and local landmarks — making PMU services easily accessible to the DMV area.
