About Arch Envy Studios in Potomac, MD

Arch Envy is Montgomery County's leading Permanent Make-up Studio & Academy having transformed over 400 pairs of brows & trained over 50 students since opening in January of 2018.

Ronli Bechutsky founded Arch Envy with the mission to give people their confidence back.

​

In October 2018, Ronli expanded into offering microblading & ombré training. With an increasing demand for quality services & training in the DMV area, Arch Envy opened up a new 1,700 sqft Permanent Makeup Studio & Academy in Potomac, MD in May 2019.

Since beginning her career in 2018, Ronli has continued her education by completing over 5 courses specializing in eyebrows, lips, and eyeliner micro-pigmentation. Arch Envy has transitioned from traditional manual techniques to strictly specializing in & teaching machine PMU techniques which offers more comfortable process, and longer-lasting results.
