Slowest speed starts at 4 - highest speed is 12
the charging time of the battery is about 3 hours from 0-100% and the usage time up to 6 hours
I use speed 4.5 with slow hand movement to implant pixels softly - best speed for airy brows & lip blush
If my hand movement is fast, I use speed 5-6 for brows!
